About Sherri

Sherri received her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Adler Graduate School in 2003 and brings over 25 years of professional experience into her work as an identity and growth-focused coach, along with a deep well of personal life experience. She was a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Minnesota for 20 years before feeling led in 2025 to release her state license and step fully into coaching.

As a former Navy military wife, Sherri spent 10 years supporting service members and their families as a Military Family Life Counselor. These experiences shaped her understanding of resilience, transition, trauma, and the strength it takes to rebuild.

My Approach

My work integrates thoughtful conversation, practical tools, and whole-person awareness. Together we explore the experiences, beliefs, and patterns that have shaped your life and begin developing healthier ways of thinking and responding.

This process combines psychoeducation, somatic awareness, and self-compassion so that healing is not only understood intellectually but experienced personally.

My Faith

My own faith shapes how I understand identity, healing, and purpose. For clients who desire it, our conversations can include a faith-centered perspective rooted in the belief that every person has inherent worth and was created with intention.

I work with people from many backgrounds and beliefs, and my goal is always to create a space where you feel respected, safe, and understood.

Sherri’s heart has always been to help people find freedom and discover who they truly are in Christ. She works with adults who are ready to move beyond limiting beliefs, past wounds, and patterns that no longer serve them, and step into clarity, confidence, and purpose.

In her coaching, Sherri helps clients identify the lies and fears that have shaped their thinking and kept them feeling stuck. Together, you develop healthy habits and life skills, strengthen growth areas, and learn practical tools for reshaping thought patterns so lasting change can take root. Her approach integrates psychoeducation, somatic awareness, and self-compassion, creating space for healing that is not only understood, but experienced.

Sherri is a certified coach with Identity Exchange and is trained in Sozo and other inner healing ministry models. She has completed Level 1 training in Sensorimotor Theory and a five-week course focused on working with first responders. These experiences inform her holistic and faith-integrated approach for clients who desire it.

Coaching services are distinct from therapy and do not involve diagnosis or clinical treatment.
