About

Hi, I’m Sherri.

I received my Master’s degree in Counseling from Adler Graduate School in 2003, and I bring over 24 years of professional experience into the counseling space, along with a deep well of life experience.

I feel called to walk alongside individuals who are navigating challenges in their life journey—because none of us are exempt from struggle. It is a privilege to support clients as they seek healing, restoration, and renewed hope.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also have extensive clinical experience supporting clients with women’s issues, grief, anger management, and major life transitions. Additionally, I have significant experience working with military service members and their families.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in warmth, encouragement, and compassion. I bring my authentic self into our work together and invite you to do the same. I value integrating self-compassion, laughter, and vulnerability into the healing process.

On a personal note, I love the ocean, reading, and engaging in meaningful conversations with friends.

I was licensed in the state of Minnesota for 20 years, and in 2025, I felt led to release my state license in order to reach and support a broader audience.

My hope is to increase each client’s level of self-compassion while equipping them with practical tools to live a more balanced and enriched life.
